This was my first trip to New Mexico and I was in absolute awe of the land. I flew out early to spend three days of solitude driving through the backroads from Albuquerque to Taos, stopping at the Georgia O'Keefe museum in Santa Fe and taking many turnoffs along the Turquoise Trail. It was in that state of peaceful communion with the earth that I arrived at Los Poblanos Organic Farm on Caitlin and Andrew's wedding day. I fell in love with the big cottonwood trees, the southwest architecture and most of all their family and friends. It was such a fun, joy-filled day.
